The client bought this tired family chalet to renovate and upgrade in its entirety.

 

To maximise the mountain views and increase the light, the rear facade will be opened up and a large terrace built. The layout will be re-organised to create 5 bedrooms and a small extension to the side will rationalise the internal area to make more useable space. External timber cladding, and traditional balustrading will bring character to the building.
